Ashlie & Jake's Wedding

Congratulations, Ashlie & Jake!!! I wish you guys the best!!
This couple was fun to work with. Through the wedding plans we would meet up to go over the day and it was a great time to get to know them. I knew during those times that their wedding day will be fun. And it was. I loved where the wedding was held at, her great-grandpa and grandparents place.

He was so easy going

This little man is turning 1 years old in a couple of weeks. Isn't his shirt cute? He did great!!! He was one of calm, easy going, & content children I have photographed.
On this day the weather was perfect. We have been having some unusual weather around here lately. There were times I thought I was in Oregon and not California for how much rain we have gotten. I know though soon enough it get real hot so I won't complain too much.
Anyhow, enjoy these photos. He's so cute!!

High School Senior with his newly painted Chevelle

All of my photo shoots are fun but this one was especially fun. I had fun working with his newly painted Chevelle. I have been around old cars and hot rods for most of my life. I married into a family that loves hot rods too. So when I got this phone call, I knew right away it was going to be fun.
We also took some photos with all the siblings. They were fun to work with.
I loved the location, Mooney's Grove. It was pretty quite there too and I know that's because it was in the middle of the week. It was great!!!

Another cooperative High School Senior

This post was surposed to go out awhile ago. Had issues getting it posted so here you go.

For this photo shoot we started in my favorite ally in downtown Kingsburg. He's graduating this June from Selma High School. And he was another very cooperative young man. I tell you these high schools seniors has been so much fun to work with and they all have been so easy going.
Then we went out to Cricket Hallow in Reedley. The river was very full and the water is moving so fast. Some of the spots I like to use were under water but I was able to capture some great shots.

Spring is in full swing

For awhile now I haven't been able to upload. It seem like blogger was having some issues. But now I'm back and Spring is in full swing. I have a lot coming up in these next few days. Giving thanks to the Lord!
So, here's my latest photo shoot. This family was hilarious because I was working with lots of personalities. When you get a bunch of kids together for that one photo, you never know what you'll get. This is what I was able to capture. Some of these faces you've seen in other posts.
Note to family: Don't worry there are a lot more photos. I just can't reveal all of them. If I did then you won't have any that are surprising to you. LOL!!!
Enjoy & God Bless!!

Soon a high school graduate and his darling sister

These last couple of weeks I have been photographing lots of High School Seniors. It's a little switch for me and have been really enjoying it.
This family was a referral from someone I've been working with these last couple of years. I felt honored they called me to photograph their son who is graduating this June and their darling daughter who is 4. They came up to our area from the L.A area for Easter.

Things I love about my job is...
talking with my clients finding who they are.
  getting them to laugh.
helping them relax and have fun with their photo shoot.
And I think I accomplished it with this one.
I found out that he likes drama and acting. Got him to laugh. He was  relaxed & had a great outfits. Loved the red and blue tie!!
I wish him the best as he graduates from high school this June.

Now it's time meet his darling sister. At first she was shy but warmed up pretty quickly. I had to remind myself several times that she's only 4 years old because acted so much older. She did amazing!!! She's defintely a girly girl. She loved changing her outfits. Her parents told me that if she did a good job she'll get to go shopping for a new pair of shoes. They said she loves shopping for shoes. And that's a true girly girl!! I think she earned her shoe shopping trip. Hope she got to go and had fun.
